Arijit has over 29 years of professional experience in India, out of which 13 years in Risk Consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Information Security Management System (ISMS) Auditor (BS ISO/IEC 270001:2013) (PR320). Arijit has worked extensively on enterprise risk management, internal audit, internal audit transformation, SOX compliance assistance, process improvements, cost optimization projects, RPA and ERP implementation across diverse industry verticals.

At Protiviti, he was instrumental in establishing and growing the Advisory practice in Eastern India. Earlier, Arijit had worked for major consulting firms such as Deloitte, EY (Ernst & Young) and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). Arijit managed client engagements in India, USA, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Singapore, UAE, Australia and Vietnam.

Arijit is the Vice President of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – Calcutta Chapter. He served in the Management Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&i).
