Hemanth is a commerce graduate and he is an Indian Chartered Accountant by profession. He has over 15 years of experience auditing public and private clients primarily in the financial services industry in EY/PwC/Deloitte. His experience includes 12 years of  auditing public and private clients of United States in a remote delivery model from India. He has deep experience in auditing US insurance clients in a remote delivery model in one of the big four auditing firms prior to joining alliantTALENT. His insurance audits experience includes:

• Delivering significant portion of audit work from India on mid and smaller insurance clients
• Standardizing the audit procedures across captive insurance clients in the audit firm
• Auditing Property and casualty insurance clients and captive insurance clients in Bermuda
• Liasoning with the actuary team for reserves testing.
• Preparation and Review of Separate accounts of life insurance entities.

He also has deep experience in auditing employee benefit plans where he has close to 12 years of experience auditing multiple benefit plans of 11Ks, non 11Ks, plan terminations and plan mergers in a remote delivery center in India at Deloitte.  He is a specialist in auditing Employee benefit plans (and corporate pension work in 10K filings).

His current role at alliantTALENT includes delivering high quality audit work to multiple CPA firms in the United States with well trained and guided teams in the audit practice.
