As an assurance lead, he has also developed assurance practice for Deloitte in Eastern India and delivered large-sized acquisitions, leasings, and revenue impact assessment assignments.

Alok is a Senior Director at alliantTalent who develops and streamlines the audit practice. He is also responsible for developing Accounting Advisory for alliantTalent India via the CPA firms in the US.

As an assurance leader Alok specializes in acquisition accounting services, post-merger integration services, controllership roles, GAAP conversions, transaction advisory supports, and much more. He is an expert in Ind AS and audits of large companies, including the largest steel companies in the country. 

In controllership roles, Alok assists with financial reporting and compliances, post-merger integration activities such as accounting policies and practice alignment, accounting manuals preparations, finance team reorganization, managing complex accounting matters, audit clearances, financial planning, and analysis.
