Subrata has thirty-five years of consulting experience in India. He is a Chartered Accountant and CISA and has a rich experience of leading and growing professional services firms.

He is a Senior Managing Director at alliantgroup and head the Advisory and Accounting Managed Services. He is also responsible for the operations of the India office. In the past he had worked for PWC, KPMG, Philips Electronics, Deloitte and Protiviti.

During his decade long tenure at Deloitte, he was a key member in creating the remote delivery model for the Advisory practice. He also set up in Deloitte the technical content development team for Global Audit and Advisory Learning. He was Internal Audit Partner in Deloitte India and National Partner, ERS for the Energy sector.

He has worked on a wide spectrum of risk and controls assignments and has extensive ERM experience in the Energy and other manufacturing sectors. He is an Internal Audit, SOX, Enterprise Risk and Corporate Governance subject-matter expert.

As the Senior Managing Director and country leader for Protiviti India, he was instrumental in growing and transforming the India practice. He created and grew the US-India offshore delivery Center of Excellence.
