Vishal has over 21 years of professional experience in managing operations for Finance and Accounting processes for medium and large-sized businesses. He has traveled across the globe to transition the processes to offshore locations efficiently.

In the past, Vishal has worked with Genpact, Accenture, Infosys, and WNS, where he managed various critical roles as part of the core leadership team. He has gained domain expertise in working with Retail, Logistics, Banking, Food & Beverage, etc. During his last stint at Genpact, he led a team of 100+ members supporting Accounting processes for a US consumer retail client.

A commerce post-graduate from the University of Pune, Vishal is a part of the core leadership group at alliantTalent that’s instrumental in leading and growing the AMS practice.
